About Sandra

I have been an AmSAT         Certified teacher of the Alexander Technique since 1990 and most recently directed a teacher training program spanning 4 1/2 years, from 2021-2025.

I am currently offering an     advanced training for AT teachers in Jessica Wolf's Art of Breathing with colleague Lisa Levinson, beginning Sept. 25-27, 2026.

Our teacher training course developed a collaborative supportive approach to AT which informs a series of online courses for  musicians and other humans. Next class series will begin in spring of 2027.

I maintain a small private practice on a mountainside   in Charlottesville, VA.
